Le Chateau Faugères inaugure un nouveau chai
Silvio Denz le nouveau propriétaire (depuis 2005) du Chateau Faugères a fait appel à l'architecte Mario Botta pour concevoir son nouveau chai. Situé à 6 kilomètres à l'est de Saint-Emilion, juste en face au Château Faugères ce nouveau chai à pour but de participer à l'amélioration de la qualité des vins issues du château.
Ce nouveau chai produira 3 Saint-Emilion grand cru:
- Le Péby Faugères (Age moyen des vignes: 45 ans)
- Le Château Faugères (Age moyen des vignes: 35 ans)
- et Le Château Haut Faugères (Age moyen des vignes: 30 ans)
